Overview

Funario is a math puzzle arcade game built to be safe for players of all ages, including children. Funario has no chat, no social feed, no direct messaging, and no user-generated content. This policy explains — plainly — what data Funario does and does not collect.

Information We Do Not Collect

Funario does not collect or sell your personal information. Specifically, Funario does not:

• Require an account, email address, or sign-in of any kind
• Collect your name, contact details, or precise/approximate location
• Show advertising inside the app
• Include in-app chat, messaging, or social features
• Contain gambling, casino, or betting mechanics of any kind

How Your Progress Is Stored

All game progress — levels completed, coins, achievements, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. Nothing is uploaded to a server, and nothing leaves your device. If you delete the app, your progress is deleted with it.

Children's Privacy

Funario is designed to be appropriate and safe for players of all ages. The app does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or precise location from any user. The AppsFlyer attribution SDK (described below) uses a device-level identifier for install attribution only — it does not identify or profile individual users, and it does not collect information from children's interactions beyond anonymous app-open events.

Funario is not directed at children under 13 as a primary audience, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Third-Party Services — AppsFlyer

Funario uses AppsFlyer (appsflyer.com) solely for install attribution — understanding which marketing channel a new install came from. AppsFlyer may collect the following limited data:

• Device identifiers — IDFV (Vendor ID on iOS), AppsFlyer device ID, and optionally IDFA if you grant App Tracking Transparency permission
• App interaction events — app open and session data (no gameplay content, no in-game actions)
• IP address — used to derive an approximate country/region for attribution; not stored long-term

AppsFlyer does not receive your name, email, location, financial data, contacts, or any in-game content. On iOS, the SDK runs in SKAdNetwork mode by default — a privacy-preserving Apple framework that performs attribution without identifying individual users. IDFA is only read if you explicitly grant permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

No other third-party advertising, analytics, or data-collection services are integrated in Funario.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Funario adds new worlds and features. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Funario ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Funario for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms.

In-Game Currency & Rewards

Funario may award in-game coins, stars, or cosmetic items as you play. These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or sold for real money
• Cannot be purchased with real money in the current version of the App
• May be reset, adjusted, or removed at our discretion, including on reinstall

No Gambling

Funario contains no gambling, casino, wagering, or betting mechanics of any kind. All outcomes in the App are determined by player skill, not chance-based wagers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Funario is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Funario evolves. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
